1“Is not man consigned to labor on earth?

Are not his days like those of a hired hand?

2Like a slave he longs for shade;

like a hireling he waits for his wages.

3So I am allotted months of futility,

and nights of misery are appointed me.

4When I lie down I think:

‘When will I get up?’

But the night drags on,

and I toss and turn until dawn.

5My flesh is clothed with worms

and encrusted with dirt;

my skin is cracked and festering.

6My days are swifter than a weaver’s shuttle;

they come to an end without hope.

7Remember that my life is but a breath.

My eyes will never again see happiness.

8The eye that beholds me will no longer see me.

You will look for me, but I will be no more.

9As a cloud vanishes and is gone,

so he who goes down to Sheol does not come back up.

10He never returns to his house;

his place remembers him no more.

11Therefore I will not restrain my mouth;

I will speak in the anguish of my spirit;

I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.

12Am I the sea, or the monster of the deep,

that You must keep me under guard?

13When I think my bed will comfort me

and my couch will ease my complaint,

14then You frighten me with dreams

and terrify me with visions,

15so that I would prefer strangling and death

over my life in this body.

Job knows perfectly well that a man on earth is a twig. We know that the Psalms of David, that God can be praised only here. 11 But I will not hold back my lips, I know that I will all go early into death, I want to meet God earlier and get an answer from him. I want to find the living God, not to talk about Him, but to meet the Creator himself. I will complain in the sorrow of my soul.

12 Am I the sea or the sea monster, that you have put a watch over me? What does sea monster mean? Devil. You treat me like an enemy, you don't let me calm down even at night, terrible visions come to me at night. In fact, who sent the visions? The enemy, because everything was behind the enemy's power.

16I loathe my life! I would not live forever.

Leave me alone, for my days are but a breath.

17What is man that You should exalt him,

that You should set Your heart upon him,

18that You attend to him every morning,

and test him every moment?

19Will You never look away from me,

or leave me alone to swallow my spittle?

20If I have sinned, what have I done to You,

O watcher of mankind?

Why have You made me Your target,

so that I am a burden to Youa?

21Why do You not pardon my transgression

and take away my iniquity?

For soon I will lie down in the dust;

You will seek me, but I will be no more.”

Job says that he is looking for God, let him pity me, even though people do not pity. What can I do even if I have sinned? What sin have I done? What have I done to Him? Man before God is something. Job values ​​God, and this thing can be quite difficult for a person, the fact that God does not value a person. As a human being, who is easier for a Christian or for a person who is a golden youth? The golden youth, the one who is a drug addict, drinks, outwardly it is easier for him. After death, he will go to hell, and now on earth he does not think about anything, like an animal - he lives and that's it. And a person who is closer to God, the more correct, feels more God's attention on himself. And sometimes this attention turns out to be difficult for a person, simply unbearable, not because of sin, but because all world issues are repeated in him. Why were the righteous always persecuted? They plunged too deep into the fabric of the world. They felt, the world veins, the world evil that lurks in the depths of the universe, they simply felt it. And it was for this reason that they turned out to be the persecution of the world. They opened his riddles. You understand that the mysteries of the world are opened not by the one who climbs into the Masonic club, but in fact the secrets of the world are hidden by the one who serves God more. Job sees what sin is. It is not a punishment of God. And that is why he is indignant. Knows what sin is, because he is righteous. Modern people do not see sin. Because they have forgotten God. These modern people can be Christians, they will say that they believe in God, but God is not interesting to us. It is indecent to speak, but the essence is the same. So it turns out that the living communication of the Creator is the faith of Job's friends, who say that God is high. And therefore, you need to learn to live communication with the Creator and not be afraid of anything, because this is a difficult and difficult path. On the other hand, if you do not give up holiness, then you give up human dignity. Which incidentally happened. We see that people who rejected holiness fell into bestiality. Job was looking for God, he had an illness in order to know God.
